Cindy inherited Joan's green thumb and crafty streak. Cindy has been sewing her entire life, and has dabbled in every form of stitchery from doll-making to dress-making, from home furnishings to quilts. She is a gifted seamstress and a perfectionist when it comes to her craft. Her passion is evident in each piece she creates. She also ran a successful embroidery business for 25 years.
Laurie cannot sew in a straight line. Instead of being excluded from all things crafty, she is the mess maker. Painting, assemblage, book binding, and puppet making are her crafts of choice. She also works as an Art Director in an advertising agency and Dewey Street is her weekend project.
